Our youth will be having a Bake Sale during the Christmas Marketplace on December 3! Come and support trips and activities (like the White Pines retreat pictured here) for our young people while picking up some delicious holiday goodies! Don't miss it!

Gift Card Sale Fundraiser

Planning to buy gift cards as Christmas gifts this year? It's one-stop shopping at Good Shepherd! Once again our youth are sponsoring a gift card sale through Great Lakes Scrips Center. You receive the full value of the cards you buy and the youth receive a percentage of the total sales. It's a win-win! To order your cards, print an order form (see attachment below) or pick one up at church. There are dozens of local and national companies from which to choose. Return order form to Deaconess Debbie along with payment. Orders placed by November 26 will be available on December 3. And orders placed by December 3 will be available on December 10.  Thanks!

Splash! Faith Formation from birth to age 3

Traditionally called "Cradle Roll," this ministry is aimed at our youngest members – our children from birth to the age of three.  At baptism, we as a congregation make a promise to support the baptized and their families in their spiritual journey.  Through resources offered by our congregation and Augsburg Fortress we can help parents in their role of bringing up children of God. Splash! materials are sent out on a regular basis which offer ideas for faith-filled play, worship, meals and prayer together.  It is one way as a congregation we stay connected with young children and their families.   Read more »
