Please plan on attending Good Shepherd’s Annual Meeting on January 28. An annual meeting of a congregation is an important event in the life of the congregation. We vote for new leadership of the congregation, and we thank the leaders who have fulfilled their terms. We look back at 2023 and towards 2024. We consider and vote on the budget for the coming year - and how we will use the treasures that have been pledged for the year to keep the ministries of our congregation alive.

Our meeting will start with lunch after the second service and then move to the business portion of the meeting. Professional chef and GS member, Chris Koetke, has agreed to provide lunch with a dessert potluck. We are looking for people to help set up and clean up for the lunch part. Please let us know if you can help with set-up, clean-up, or by bringing a dessert. Childcare will be provided.

Annual reports will be available January 14. These reports include what our various ministry committees have done this year as well as reports from council leaders and staff, bios for new leadership, and the proposed budget for 2024.
